St Asapth Classic Car Show, North Wales

I had been looking forward to this show since I found out about it last year, so me and the family drove the hour or so over to North Wales. With no real signs on the major routes just a little one at the entrance to a golf course I’ll admit I was a little dubious. Especially when we parked up at 11:30 and there were more cars in the show than the car park!!. But the show was absolutely fantastic, from the relaxed atmosphere to the Hospital Radio providing cheesy music, shout outs to all the clubs that were in attendance and visitor information. It was really nice to visit a low key show where the cars are the attraction rather than the autojumble or traders.
The vast array of makes and cars was truly wonderful, any show that can get modern Subaru’s sat next to Morris Minors, retro Fords, muscle cars and a Delorean is all good in my book. With it being so quiet when we arrived meant you could just wander round and have a really good look, no tapes or barriers here just nice people showing their nice cars. I would highly recommend this show; I’ll definitely be back again in September with the family in toe.

I got carried away, the slide show has 100 pictures-
