The Iguana 29

Okay I suppose this is more boat than land vehicle but bear with me because it does have one unusual trick up its sleeve or rather in its hull, tank tracks!!!! The concept was simple if a little restrictive for sales, “between the bay of Mont St Michel and the south of Jersey, where the tide can go out for miles and where one has to navigate between sandbanks, rocks and currents. The concept (which is subject to a word-wide patent) is based upon the integration of tracks within the hull without affecting its aesthetics, performance, or its seaworthiness”. The result is this amphibious vehicle that can easily take on this kind of landscape, and it does look the part.

  1. That's awesome! Gotta laugh at their claim "without affecting its aesthetics, performance, or its seaworthiness.” 500lb of metal hanging off the bottom of your boat has got to make a difference!
